Weekly:  $4495

Three nights minimum. Exceptions to minimum stay can be made on a case-by-case basis with manager approval. $295.00 cleaning fee.

No children under six years old.

Deposits:

A 50% deposit of RENT only if reserved more than 90 days in advance of the arrival date.

The remaining 50% payment of rent, plus taxes, $295 cleaning fee and $1000 security deposit required within 90 days of arrival for all guests who have booked more than 90 days in advance.

100% of all rent, taxes, $295 cleaning and $1000 security deposit required at time of booking for anyone who is reserving less than 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

Full refund less $100 cancellation fee if cancellation is made within 90 days of check-in but no refund of rental amount if cancelled less than 90 days unless all of the days have been booked to a new renter.

$100 re-booking fee.

We recommend that all renters purchase trip cancellation insurance.
